AI Training for Teams

Automation

Wiring AI into company processes so that repetitive tasks run by themselves, without a person stepping in. It saves time and removes the errors that come from tiredness.

What it means in practice

Classic automation is a train on rails: it only goes where the track was laid (forwarding an email, for instance). AI automation is a taxi: it can adapt to the situation. It reads an incoming email, works out that it is a complaint, pulls the order number out of it, checks that order in the system, and drafts a reply for the customer.

Why companies need to know this

An example from practice

A construction company automated its invoice processing. AI reads the amounts, suppliers and due dates automatically and loads them straight into the accounting software. The bookkeeper approves them with a single click. In our company AI workshops we teach how to spot the processes that are ready for automation and which tools to use for them.
