Who is behind AI Training for Teams
Three of us run the workshops. Michal looks at where AI makes sense in a company and how to get it into everyday work. Josef joins the most technical workshops, because he has been building software for fifteen years and since 2025 mostly with AI agents. Andrej is very effective at steering business colleagues towards the right solutions with AI agents. Depending on the workshop and the participants, one or more of us comes.
Michal Juhás

Michal has worked in IT for twenty years. He started as a software engineer, then was CTO at startups and led development teams in Slovakia, Czechia and Thailand. Over the past year, more than thirty AI projects have passed through his hands.
He does not only teach AI, he uses it to build products for clients and for himself. He has created three software products used by companies across the EU and the US: Calyflow sources talent, Sellerita automates sales through autonomous agents, and Coconector approaches companies by email on your behalf. So in the workshop he talks about what is running in his own production, not about something he read somewhere.

Josef Nevoral
CTO at Vicoland · agentic engineering
Josef has been building software products for fifteen years. At Vicoland he is CTO, leads a fully remote team of twelve and helps steer the company. He designed a payments and booking integration hub that handled ten thousand requests per second at peak.
He has founded four companies and hired more than forty engineers in the past five years. So he knows not only how to build software, but what holds a team together and what pulls it apart. He is at home in Ruby on Rails, Python, AWS and GCP, in Node.js, React and React Native.
Agentic engineering is not a conference topic for him. It is how he builds software today. That is why we run the workshops for development and product teams together with him.

Andrej Winter
Senior Business Manager at Kantar · data and AI
Andrej is a consultant with a strong focus on data and artificial intelligence. He has worked on AI advisory full time since 2025. At Kantar he is Senior Business Manager for AI and analytics, where he helps clients grow and improve the experience of their customers.
Behind him are more than twelve years in consulting, marketing and digital product development across industries. He co-founded three startups, two of them around talent recruitment, social networks and employer branding. Alongside that he has built several online products.
He enjoys connecting data, technology and creativity. And he equally enjoys leading people so they find their own motivation and room to grow.
