AI Training for Teams

We teach your colleagues to use AI.

Pick from six workshops: an overview for management, practical AI for managers, Copilot and automation, prompting and skills for admin teams, vibe coding for business teams, and agentic engineering for developers. We come to you and work on your processes, not on invented examples.

We build our own products too

In software development, AI is three levels ahead of the rest of the company

We see it in almost every company we walk into. Developers work with AI every day, while sales, marketing, finance and operations are still on plain ChatGPT. The first thing you settle in the workshop is where you actually stand.

  1. L1 Chat People ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude something and paste the answer back into their work. Most departments are here today.
  2. L2 Systematising The method stops living in one person’s head. Custom GPTs, saved prompts, and a knowledge base the whole team can see.
  3. L3 Automation The process runs in the background and nobody has to start it. A human approves the result, not every step.
  4. L4 AI-native You did not speed the process up, you redesigned it. Agents do a substantial part of the work inside it.

Who takes the saved time?

If a task used to take ten hours and takes two with AI, somebody decides about the other eight. Either the employee keeps them, or the supplier sells them to another client, or you turn them into something. In most companies nobody is dealing with this yet.

Cutting costs is a one-off win

You can only save once. “We have four accountants, let us get to two.” And that is the end of it. The far more interesting question is what you would want ten times more of. Enquiries? Proposals? Content? That is where growth compounds.

From practice

What we have built across industries

No illustrative examples. In the workshop we pick the ones that fit your company and take them apart, including what did not work.

SEC Technologies logo Defense tech SEC Technologies

For the development and R&D team we ran a full-day hackathon on agentic engineering, so their development moves faster. With management we then went through where AI helps internal processes across the company.

sec-technologies.com
26HOUSE logo IT consulting 26HOUSE

With the managers and consultants we built a solution that uses AI in a secured environment to create and edit Odoo modules. The consultants get substantially more done in the same time.

26house.com
Synculario logo Recruitment agency Synculario

With the recruiting team we first went through what could be automated, then deployed autonomous recruiting agents. Nobody sources candidates by hand any more.

syncular.io
SportWell logo Physiotherapy clinic SportWell

We cleaned up the data processing and built an agent that sends the director detailed reports on a schedule. Less retyping between systems, and finally a clear view of the marketing campaigns.

sportwell.sk
BOND Reality logo Real estate agency BOND Reality

We built a custom CRM in which AI scores an enquiry itself and assigns it to an agent. More qualified enquiries, without adding morning manual work for anyone.

bondreality.sk
Axolt logo E-commerce Axolt

We built a quiz that uses AI to split visitors by what they are actually trying to solve. Everyone gets a tailored offer on their first visit.

axoltbrain.com
Wincent logo HFT trading Wincent

For management we built new AI-supported reporting for the recruiting department. For the marketing team we created GPTs for content production. And for the recruiting team, sourcing automations and a system for processing hundreds of candidates quickly.

wincent.com
TrustWomen logo Non-profit TrustWomen

The director of the organisation was drowning in tasks. We set her up with three agents: one keeps on top of admin and the calendar, the second prepares marketing campaigns, and the third finds partners.

trustwomen.eu
PeopleLink logo Recruitment agency PeopleLink

We trained a recruiting team of more than twenty people on using AI to source and process candidates. They learned to systematise and automate the work, so they can handle more clients at once.

peoplelink.lt
Fleming logo Conference organiser Fleming

We created an AI sales agent that researches the market on its own, finds target companies and the people a conference would interest, and hands sales already-warmed contacts. The team only handles closing.

fleming.events
Dobrý Anjel logo Non-profit Dobrý Anjel

The director of one of the best-known Slovak non-profits was looking for a way to make admin and reporting more efficient. In a series of focused workshops we went through where AI helps in the back office and in marketing.

Josef and Michal ran a hackathon for our engineers. They had never used agentic engineering before, yet by the end of the day they had AI autonomously building a new feature, from the ticket all the way to a merged PR.

Why a workshop

Four ways to approach AI. Three of them do not work.

Most companies we talk to are choosing between these four. The comparison is honest, including where the workshop has its limits.

Alternative

Nothing

We are waiting for it to mature

  • The team uses ChatGPT on personal accounts and nobody has any visibility.
  • Your competitors pull a little further ahead every month.
  • No measurable result.
Alternative

YouTube / do it yourself

We will hand it to a bright junior

  • Cheap.
  • Hours spent working out which parts are even true.
  • No priorities. The team starts twenty things and finishes none.
Alternative

Big 4

Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG and the rest

  • A brand your board recognises.
  • €30–80k, six months, and a team of juniors on the project.
  • At the end you have an 80-page strategy. Rolling it out is on you.
Our approach

AI Training for Teams

Run by people who work with AI every day

  • We work with AI daily and build our software with agents.
  • AI rollouts tailored directly to your processes, no 80-page strategy.
  • A follow-up after four weeks, so things actually get finished.

Who runs it

Michal Juhás, portrait

Michal Juhás

AI consultant · workshop instructor

  • Twenty years in IT, the last of them across more than thirty AI projects: SEC Technologies, 26HOUSE, BOND Reality and the other companies in Case studies.
  • He is behind three AI products: Calyflow for AI talent sourcing, Sellerita and Coconector for autonomous sales. So he does not only teach AI, he builds his own software with it.
Josef Nevoral, portrait

The technical workshops are run with Michal by Josef Nevoral, CTO at Vicoland, who uses agentic engineering every day.

We have access to the best AI models today for almost nothing. Not using them is like leaving your best excavators idling in the car park and digging by hand.

Frequently asked questions

Did not find your answer? Ask us on the intro call or send an email.

Can you run the workshop for a larger team?

Yes. We split a bigger group into smaller ones, and two or three instructors move between them while your colleagues build prototypes. Everyone gets to their own task and nobody just watches.

What do you need from us before the workshop?

As much as possible about what your people need in order to hit their goals. What slows them down, what they need more of, what takes them far longer than it should. We shape the workshop around that, so we are not working through invented examples but yours.

Is the workshop online or in person?

The management workshop (How modern teams use AI) works online too. Vibe coding and agentic engineering we prefer to run in person. We need to sit next to your colleagues, set up their environment and see what they are doing, so we can give them feedback.

Can you run a workshop on one specific AI tool?

If it is Anthropic (Claude), Cursor, OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Google (Gemini), yes. We do not work with Chinese tools, so we do not run workshops on those.

Is there a follow-up after the workshop?

Yes. Four weeks later we get in touch for a short call: how your rollouts are going, what got stuck, what needs adjusting. If you want to go further, we agree on a follow-on implementation.

What language are the workshops in?

English. Materials, examples and prompts are all in English. Where your team prefers Slovak or Czech, we can run it in those too.

The fastest next step

A 15-minute call

Fifteen minutes, so we both know whether it is worth talking further.

  1. 01 You tell us what slows your team down most.
  2. 02 We tell you what companies that already solved it did about it.
  3. 03 We agree which workshop makes sense for you and what we would do first.

You get the most out of it if someone who decides on budget is on the call, or the head of the department this affects. If none of the workshops makes sense for you, we will tell you. You still leave with the processes we would look at first if we were in your position.
