The starting point
A non-profit runs a conference once a year. Marketing previously went through an external supplier. Campaigns got made. The pace and the volume could not keep up with the date.
The problem
- Too few campaigns. The supplier works to their rounds. The conference has a date.
- Creative without a read-out. The campaign goes out. Whether to stop it or boost it still needs someone to say.
- Locked to one supplier. When the round slips, the organisation waits.
The solution: an agent for creation and for the stats
We built a managed agent that prepares Instagram and Facebook campaigns. Creatives and visuals at the quality the organisation used to wait on from the supplier. It also evaluates the campaign. From the stats it recommends stopping one, or raising budget on creatives that are working.
How it works:
- Create in the channels they already use. Instagram and Facebook, not a new stack.
- Evaluate in the same loop. The agent does not stop at the image. It reads what the campaign did.
- A person approves the budget. The recommendation goes to the manager. The model does not approve spend.
What changed
- More campaigns, faster. The organisation can run them itself, at the pace the conference needs.
- Decisions from numbers. Stop or boost is not a feeling from the feed. It is the stats.
- The supplier is not a prerequisite. The firm can still use an external person where it makes sense. An ordinary campaign no longer has to wait.
What transfers to your company
- An agent that only draws is not enough. Evaluation is part of the job. Otherwise you pay someone else to read it back.
- The channels you already have. A new platform does not fix this. Instagram and Facebook were enough.
- Budget stays with a person. The agent proposes. Approval is yours.
